Smoking

Smoking is prohibited in all areas of Bank of America Plaza, Building and Parking Garage. Also prohibited is smoking within 25 feet of the main entrances to the building from Peachtree Street and West Peachtree Street and in the outside plaza area around the picnic tables and park benches. Enforcement is by Building Security Personnel. (Ref: Georgia’s Smokefree Air Act of 2005).


Smoking is authorized at the following outdoor locations:

  1. On the patio area outside the North Avenue double entry doors.
  2. In the area of the two park benches at the head of the turn-around drive way on Peachtree Street.
  3. For service and delivery personnel, outside the loading dock entrance behind the security building.
